Not Knot Shelf Tester Call

Hello friends, and welcome to the tester call for the Not Knot Shelf! I am so grateful that you are interested in testing this pattern, and please know that a successful pattern release will only be made possible by you!

The Not Knot Shelf was designed to mimic the geometry and texture of macramé. I saw a shelf similar to this one and thought “I can crochet that”. I took on the challenge and translated the knots of macramé into the “not knots” of crochet diamond stitches.

This pattern uses a stitch combination of front post stitches, front post 2 together stitches and single crochet stitches. Since it uses a new stitch and requires various steps to assemble, I have many resources to help you along the way.

Please continue reading to learn more about the pattern and what my expectations are for you as a pattern tester.
